At Face & Tape, we stand behind our product. Because real skin results take time, we offer a 30-Day Results Guarantee so you can try Face & Tape properly and consistently, with confidence.
How it works
Use Face & Tape as part of your nightly routine for a full 30-day usage period. If after consistent use you do not notice a visible difference, you may request a refund. This guarantee applies specifically when you have used the product as directed but do not see results.
The 30-day period refers to usage, not the delivery date.
Results Guarantee Conditions
- The product must be used for a minimum of 30 nights.
- Recommended use is 5–6 nights per week.
- Tapes must be applied to clean, dry skin.
- Refund requests must be submitted after completing the 30-day usage period and within 7 days thereafter.
Important to know
Results may feel subtle during the first days or weeks. Face & Tape works cumulatively by supporting skin relaxation and recovery over time. For most users, visible improvements develop with consistent use.
Return Policy
We want you to feel completely confident with every Face & Tape purchase. If something isn't quite right, we're here to help. Our return policy is built on honesty, flexibility, and a genuine desire to make things right.
For sealed products that are unsuitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons, the right of withdrawal no longer applies if the seal has been broken after delivery.
How to Return
To request a return, please contact our team at contact@faceandtape.com and include:
- Order Number
- SKU / Item Name and color
- Reason for Return (optional)
Returns Timeframe
You have 14 days from receiving your order to notify us that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal. No reason is required. Once you have notified us, you have a further 14 days to return the product.
Returns Conditions
Please return products in their original packaging where reasonably possible. For sealed products that are unsuitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons, the seal must remain intact to exercise the right of withdrawal. This does not affect your statutory rights regarding faulty or incorrectly delivered products.
Right of Withdrawal
You have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of delivery. During this period, you may withdraw from your purchase without giving a reason by notifying us of your decision. You then have another 14 days to return the products. Statutory exceptions to the right of withdrawal continue to apply.
Important Note
For a valid withdrawal of your entire order, we will refund the product price and the original standard delivery costs. Additional charges for premium delivery options are not refundable. Direct return shipping costs are your responsibility, provided you were informed of these costs before purchase. Refunds are processed without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we receive your withdrawal notice. We may withhold reimbursement until we receive the returned products or proof of return shipment. Refunds are issued using the original payment method.
