How to Return
To request a return, please contact our team at contact@faceandtape.com and include the following information:
- Order Number
- SKU / Item Name and color
- Reason for Return

Important Note
Returns sent to any address other than the one provided through our return instructions will not be accepted.
Returns Timeframe
If you’re not satisfied, we gladly accept returns for returnable items purchased on our website within 14 days of purchase. A return fee may apply and will either be paid upfront or deducted from your refund. Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days of receiving your return.
Returns Conditions
Items must be unopened, unused, and sealed in their original packaging. Products showing signs of wear or damage may be declined for return.
Return Cost
Return shipping is free for items that are defective, incorrect, or incomplete. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to report such issues.
Self-Service Returns
Eligible customers may be offered a self-service return portal. If approved, you’ll receive a link to select your return reason, pay for return shipping, and download a return label. For international orders, you’ll be responsible for return shipping via DDP (Delivered Duty Paid). For exchanges, a gift card equal to the product value will be issued once return tracking is active.
Bundle Orders
Returns on bundles must include all products in the bundle. Individual items cannot be returned separately.
Non-Returnable Items

Customs Delays

I use the tape mainly for the lines next to my mouth. I was really sceptical, but even after one night the lines are much softer! Don’t ask me how :) See picture for before and after use. Results for my forehead or eyes are less dramatic, but overall I am very content.

Letting skin care dry is a must but I am seeing progress! I’d love to also see a triangle forehead patch!
Het is een logische denkwijze dat deze plakkers moeten helpen. 𝙂𝙪𝙚𝙨𝙨 𝙬𝙝𝙖𝙩, 𝙩𝙝𝙚𝙮 𝙙𝙤! Was toch verbaasd dat ik gelijk al na een nacht verschil zag! Als dit een simpele truc is om rimpels minder diep te laten worden dan is dit toch een ideaal moment tijdens je slaap. Hoop dat ze binnenkort grote stickers uitbrengen die men voor de borst kan gebruiken.
After one month of wearing on forehead sides and next to mouth i def see difference in the outlook in the morning. Skin looks much more relaxed & rested. Crowfeet dissapear and nasol folds less long and deep .even the 11 in between eyebrows seems less!! I am going to want to wear this forever to sleep With in the night it actually also gives me a nice “tight” feeling and think it also helps me to not cruch my teeth anymore. All in all ; I was sceptical but it is really a simple super product!

Ik vind het goed werken. Ik sta op zonder de rimpeltjes die er normaal wel zijn. Alleen vind ik ze soms wel een beetje te strak zitten.
Perfect tegen diepe slaaplijnen! Heel tevreden. Stevig maar zacht voor de huid.

Omdat ik altijd op mijn linker zij slaap word ik de volgende dag met een slaaprimpel wakker. Sinds ik de 34 heb aangetikt blijft deze jammer genoeg gedurende de dag, zelfs na een warme douche en mijn skin care routine toch vaak nog aanwezig. Maar nu ik face tape heb ontdekt en al een aantal weken gebruik, zie ik een behoorlijk verschil! Ik blijf het zeker gebruiken :-)
I am extremely satisfied with the Face & Tape patches! They are easy to apply, stay in place well, and feel comfortable on the skin. After use, my skin looks smoother and fresher, and fine lines seem less visible. I did not expect it to make such a difference. They have now become a real part of my routine. Definitely 5 stars and absolutely recommended…

Fronsrimpel tussen wenkbrauwen is na drie weken gebruik bijna helemaal verdwenen! Helaas geen voorfoto gemaakt. Fronsrimpel maakte mijn uitstraling ouder. Twijfelde om Botox te doen maar dat is nu helemaal niet meer nodig!! Superfijn!!!
