Each roll of Face & Tape contains 240 pre-cut facial tape strips. Depending on how many strips you use per application and how often you use them, one roll typically lasts around 4 to 8 weeks.

Before applying Face & Tape, cleanse your skin and allow any skincare products ,especially oils or rich moisturizers to fully absorb. This ensures the tape adheres properly to clean, dry skin and maximises adhesion and comfort.

Apply Face & Tape to clean, relaxed skin on the areas you want to support. Keep your facial expression neutral and do not stretch the tape when applying. Gently press and rub to activate the adhesive. If you sleep primarily on your side, place the tape horizontally rather than vertically. You can find more information on our how to tape page.

Yes, Face & Tape is suitable for daytime wear as well as overnight. Many users wear it comfortably under a hat, during calm moments at home, while working remotely, or while doing household tasks. It supports the skin while maintaining its natural position.

For best results, wear Face & Tape for at least 2 hours and up to 8 hours per session. New users can start with shorter wear times (e.g. 2–4 hours) to allow the skin to adjust gradually before extending wear time.

Yes, Face & Tape is designed to stay securely in place for several hours, including while you sleep. For the best adhesion, apply the strips to clean, completely dry skin and allow skincare products to fully absorb beforehand. After applying each strip, gently rub over it to activate the adhesive.

Remove the tape gently in the direction of your hairline. Support the skin with your free hand to reduce redness or irritation. If you experience any discomfort or sensitive skin, remove the tape immediately and allow time for recovery before re-applying.

Yes, it’s recommended to perform a patch test by applying a small piece of Face & Tape on your inner forearm for a couple of hours. If you experience no irritation, it’s generally safe to apply on the face.

If you notice persistent redness, irritation, or discomfort, discontinue use and allow your skin to recover before trying again.

Some temporary redness or slight marks can occur after removing face tape, particularly on sensitive skin. This should normally fade relatively quickly.
Always remove Face & Tape slowly while supporting the skin with your other hand. If redness or irritation persists, stop using the tape on that area and allow your skin to recover.

Yes. Face & Tape can be incorporated into your skincare routine alongside treatments such as Botox or dermal fillers. Some clinics and practitioners also recommend face taping as part of an ongoing skincare routine to help maintain smoother-looking skin between treatments.
Directly after a cosmetic treatment, always follow the aftercare instructions provided by your practitioner before applying tape to the treated area. Once you have been cleared to resume your normal skincare routine, Face & Tape can be used again as part of your regular routine.

Do not apply Face & Tape to skin that is irritated, damaged or still recovering from a professional skin treatment. After microneedling, laser treatments, chemical peels or similar procedures, wait until your skin has fully recovered before using facial tape again.
Recovery time varies by treatment and skin type, so always follow your practitioner’s aftercare instructions.

Face & Tape can be worn during the day, but we do not recommend applying makeup directly over the strips. For the best adhesion, Face & Tape should be applied to clean, dry skin without makeup underneath.

Yes. We offer refunds under our 30-Day Results Guarantee, so you can try Face & Tape with confidence. If after consistent use you do not notice a visible difference, you may request a refund once you complete a 30-night usage period. For returns of unopened products, you have 14 days from delivery.

With the 30-Day Results Guarantee, you must use Face & Tape for at least 30 nights (recommended 5–6 nights per week).
The 30-day usage period starts from the date your order is marked as delivered, not from the purchase date. This ensures you have a full and fair trial period.
If you do not notice a visible difference after completing the 30-night usage period, you may request a refund within 7 days after the trial period ends.

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of Face & Tape products that have been opened or used.

When you choose a Face & Tape subscription, your order automatically renews according to the delivery interval selected at checkout. This means you can maintain your face taping routine without having to place a new order each time.

You can manage your subscription through Manage Subscription on our website. Here you can view your subscription and manage future renewals or cancel your subscription.
Make sure to make any changes before your next order has been processed. Cancelling your subscription stops future renewals but does not automatically cancel an order that has already been created.
