  • Patch Test: Apply a piece on your arm and remove after 2 hours. If you’re not experiencing any irritation, you can apply it to your face. The tapes are not made for people under 16.
  • Less is more: Don’t overlap your tapes. If one strip isn’t long enough, you can simply extend it by adding another — just make sure they’re placed end to end.
  • Duration: Wear the tape for at least 2 and up to 9 hours. Perfect for nighttime or calm moments during the day, like working from home or unwinding on the couch. New to taping? Start with 2 to 4 hours to let your skin adjust gently. You can gradually extend the wear over time.
  • Mouthtape: Simply place the strips vertical next to each other across your lips to gently keep your mouth closed during sleep. It’s a simple way to support nasal breathing and improve overnight recovery.
