Our return policy is built on honesty, flexibility, and a genuine desire to make things right. If your order didn’t meet your expectations, our team is ready to assist you every step of the way.

How to Return

To request a return, please contact our team at contact@faceandtape.com and include the following information:

  • Order Number
  • SKU / Item Name and color
  • Reason for Return

Our team will guide you through the return process.

Important Note

Returns sent to any address other than the one provided through our return instructions will not be accepted.

Returns Timeframe

If you’re not satisfied, we gladly accept returns for returnable items purchased on our website within 14 days of purchase. A return fee may apply and will either be paid upfront or deducted from your refund. Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days of receiving your return.

Returns Conditions

Items must be unopened, unused, and sealed in their original packaging. Products showing signs of wear or damage may be declined for return.

Return Cost

Return shipping is free for items that are defective, incorrect, or incomplete. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to report such issues.

Self-Service Returns

Eligible customers may be offered a self-service return portal. If approved, you’ll receive a link to select your return reason, pay for return shipping, and download a return label. For international orders, you’ll be responsible for return shipping via DDP (Delivered Duty Paid). For exchanges, a gift card equal to the product value will be issued once return tracking is active.

Bundle Orders

Returns on bundles must include all products in the bundle. Individual items cannot be returned separately.

Non-Returnable Items

Items marked as Final Sale or purchased with a discount code are non-returnable and non-refundable. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

Customs Delays

If your return is held at customs, we cannot issue a refund until the item is delivered to us. Please ensure all duties and documentation are complete to avoid delays.
