General

Welcome to Face & Tape. By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before making any purchase.

Products & Orders

All products listed on our site are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Orders may be declined or cancelled if we are unable to process payment, fulfill stock, or detect fraudulent activity.

Pricing

All prices are listed in EUR unless otherwise noted. We reserve the right to change pricing at any time without prior notice. Shipping and applicable taxes will be calculated at checkout.

Payments

We accept major credit cards, Apple Pay, PayPal, and other secure payment methods. Payment must be made in full at the time of order.

Subscriptions

Face & Tape offers a subscription option so you can receive the product automatically and never run out. By subscribing, you agree to the terms below.

  • Plans: Monthly plan at £29.99, billed every month; or 3-month plan at £59.97, billed every 3 months (3 months for the price of 2).
  • Recurring billing: Your subscription renews automatically at the price and interval of your chosen plan, using your selected payment method, until you cancel. Your plan and price are shown clearly at checkout before you confirm.
  • Authorisation: By starting a subscription, you authorise us to charge your payment method for each recurring order.
  • Managing & cancelling: You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time via this link.
  • Same-day fulfilment: Orders are fulfilled the same day, before 23:59. To change or cancel an order, you must do so before 23:59 on the same day the order is placed or renews. Once an order has been fulfilled, it can no longer be cancelled and follows our standard Return Policy.
  • Price changes: We may change subscription pricing. We will notify active subscribers in advance, and any change will only apply to orders placed after the notice period.
  • Failed payments: If a recurring payment fails, we may retry the charge or pause your subscription until payment is successful.

Cancelling a subscription is as easy as signing up for one. Your statutory right of withdrawal on your first order remains unaffected — see our Return Policy.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Dutch courts.
